Counselor London ISD Welcomes our new Counselor! Hello! I am Debra Bingham, the counselor for London ISD. Since joining the team at London Schools, I am continually impressed with the level of parent support our students enjoy. My college background includes a B.A. from UT Permian Basin and a M.Ed. through the University of St. Thomas. After serving as a school counselor for over 10 years, I am looking forward to supporting the educational efforts of the students in London ISD.
